In the first 5 weeks with the 5 Elements form we give a few basic tools that you can explore for the rest of your life and share with others. Next we present 8 Brocades which are two thousand year old techniques to improve your mental and physical health through breathing and moving techniques.
In the next 15 weeks we combine the Elements and breathing techniques in an Expanded form based on the Classic 24 Posture form organized in 1956 Chinese government to present to the Olympic committee.
With our current Website we include videos that show the techniques and expand our understanding by including edited videos of what others are doing because word of mouth teachers (Sifus) over thousands of years have modified the original forms.
